My heart is broken for the loss of Laura. I wish we could be there, but our love and prayers are there with the family. We did not get to spend much time with Laura, because of living in a distant state. I vividly remember her birth though. She was so tiny and adored by Tommy and Susan. Every day was a triumph when she gained an ounce. Laura grew into a beautiful young woman and I regret not having spent more time getting to know her. She was taken from us too soon, but there is comfort in knowing that she is in a better place with the Lord.

Laura was one of my youngest cousins and I remember I was in 10th grade when she was born. She was so tiny and cute and Uncle Tom was over the moon excited about his little girl. I lived afar so I didn't see Laura often, but over the years as she grew up I saw a beautiful sweet soul. When at family gatherings we would chat and I remember about 8 years ago she schooled me on what EMO was. We had a different name for that when I was her age, but I was in that category at one time. I felt extra connected to her that day. When I learned of her passing I instantly remembered that connection and wished I could have had more with her. My heart is aching for her leaving this world so soon and for everyone that loved her so. I feel in my heart that she’ll be helping a lot of people from her new home in heaven and this comforts me. Rest in peace and love sweet Laura!

Laura, a beautiful person inside and outside, who I met as the director of 'Gingerbread Lady', I remember that particular evening, it was raining hard, and Laura showed up to audition, with her pretty face, talent and beautiful smile. Of course I cast her, and got to know her in the next several weeks, she worked hard at it, and did a marvelous job on stage. It was Laura's first show, and she displayed a natural talent and delivery, so conscientious about her performance. I also saw the giving side of Laura, as she helped another actor who was having difficulties on and off stage. I always respected Laura's narrative of "beating to her own drummer", I described her as being a very interesting person, a lovely person, I will miss much My upmost condolences and prayers to her family with some members I met at the show
