Terry Lynch,

I was truly sorry to hear Judge "Jim" Roark had passed. He was truly a fine man and a credit to his profession. I worked with him while implementing the first Ignition Interlock DUI Program. I had the pleasure of getting to know Jim personally and in the Courtroom. He always conducted himself professionally and treated people with respect. I enjoyed seeing him over the years at Judicial Conferences. He will be missed. My condolences to the family. He was a fine man and contributed much to our justice system and to our community. ~ Terry Lynch, Pensacola, Florida
