Floyd Thomas Sweeting Jr. 81 and a native of Pensacola died peacefully in his home on February 24, 2018. He is survived by his wife of 62 years Carolyn Visconti Sweeting and was dedicated to his family and church. Floyd went to be with his Heavenly Father and will be remembered lovingly by his wife and 7 children, Floyd Thomas Sweeting III, Christina Sweeting Walther, Thomas Allen Sweeting (Mary Jo), Lisa Sweeting Iosco (David), David Thomas Sweeting, Angela Sweeting Campion (James), and Danny Thomas Sweeting (Kara Lea). He had 12 grandchildren Josh Walther, Anna Maria and Ian Sweeting, Matthew, Eric & Sarah Iosco, April & Ashley Sweeting, Cathleen & Ryan Campion, Cameron & Liza Sweeting and four great grandchildren, Myron, Mya, Lukas & Lincoln. Funeral mass will be held at Little Flower Catholic Church on February 27, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. Visitation and reciting of the Rosary will begin at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery. WATERS & HIBBERT FUNERAL HOME is in charge of arrangements.
